Oh, I really like this. The exchange between Regulus and Sirius is spot on, and: Years later, Sirius would never forget when Regulus came to ask that last favor, grime on his face, tears on his eyes and a poisonous smell of Dark Magic all over him. Sirius closed the door on his face. broke my heart. Also, I love the way you're slowly including Lily into it all. Fabulous. :)
