Ohhh, I've wanted to try the Neiman Marcus cookie forever. It's got everything in it, right? The kitchen sink? Yah.

And it's hard to judge how much something is going to keep baking once it's out of the oven too. You have to factor in size/thickness of the thing, surface area touching the hot pan, etc. It sucks.
