Teevee

I watched the first episode of White Collar last night, and absolutely loved it! It was just as entertaining as the lj cuts all over my flist made it out to be, lol.

I'm SO behind on Merlin, though. Three eps behind! I HARDLY RECOGNIZE MYSELF ANYMORE. I'll try and catch up on it this weekend, if I have time - which, to be honest, is not that likely. SIGH. I need some holidays. I've just finished my corporate identity assignment, 'cause I need to print it ASAP. But it's done! The oranges turned vermillion, but it's still done! YAY.

I'm also behind in Gossip Girl, Bones, Fringe and Flashforward, but the last episode of the latter had major major issues at the end, SO. So, not happy enough with killing one of the only THREE women in the cast (the kickass one, at that), it happens that's also now a dead lesbian. Well, to be honest, I haven't spoiled myself, so I don't know if she actually dies, but damnit, she was one of the most interesting characters in the cast! And, again, one of the VERY FEW girls in it. BAH. (And of course, the others are defined as The Cheater and The Sinner That Totally Deserves To Get Killed. NOT ON, WRITERS.) I do like me a good mystery, but this one's a bit cheesy. And at the same time... don't know.

Flashforward watchers! Does the awesome FBI lady die? I'll keep watching if she doesn't!

She doesn't die. :-D

They would have kinda lost me, too, if she had, but she didn't. I'm still not at all 100% with it all, but anyway.

Although unrelatedly, the newest ep does have a shocker of an ending.

Awesome! Will give it another chance, then. I'd mostly quite liked it till that, and in fact I'd liked that episode so far because it was lovely to see a capable, strong female character that was also gay and not gimmicky, and then the ending happened. But yeah, it's not perfect, but I do like slow mysteries, so.
