This is months old, but I forgot to report on it:
Because our government is nothing if not awesome (yeah, sure), everyone in the country had to register their cellphones under their complete name, or the CURP, an identification key we have.
There are currently 12,000 people claiming they are president Felipe Calderón. lol.
