We *used* to be like that, then we accidentally won a medal in speed skating and I am not kidding about accidentally and suddenly we decided that hey! Even though we have about two months of snow on two mountain ranges a year, we should get all serious about the Winter Olympics! We do have an American millionaire who decided to compete for us (and win) because he had huge fights with the US Olympic committee and our committee was all, yeah, sure, come on over.
