I know -- for the longest time I couldn't understand why anyone would even write Regulus, I mean, he's a non-entity in the books, nothing more than a mentioned name and a lineage, right? But somehow he's developed into his own person in fandom, and I far far too much fun reading him. JKR had better not assign him any actual character traits in the seventh book; we (or would it be "us"? I can never tell) Regulus fangirls would throw a fit. :D
