nekare: (kill bill)
I went to see 'The Jacket' today, and I loved it. Time-space paradox always suck me in like whoa, and the rapid feeling of the photography was just amazing. The first part almost feels like a horror movie, with the darkness of the madhouse and the emptyness in his mind. Agh, just great. I highly recomend it.

I've been sucked into 'Memoirs of a Geisha'. I'm still halfway, but I'm liking it loads so far, with it's poetic feeling and lively and colorful atmosphere.

Aaaand: Arrested Development!!! The series wasn't succesful here, I've no idea why (although maybe the Mexico episodes have something to do. The protrayal of the country was both stupid and slightly offensive), so the channel took it out and I mourned. But! They decided to air the entire second season devided in three sundays, so I saw 5 wonderful, great chapters today. *is happy*

I just laughed, and laughed, and laughed some more. I'd almost forgotten just how brilliant it was, and seeing Job dressed as a banana, or being buried instead of his father, Tobias' blue paint, Buster's 'army' uniform, and seeing the second model house falling to pieces was just priceless. Now I'm laughing
again. Yes I am.

Erm, sorry for the lack of updates in the [livejournal.com profile] blanketforts series, but I've decided on being lacy since tomorrow's my first day of college. God, I just want to go to my high school and lay in the sun with my friends like we used to do. *sigh* I don't like changes much.

EDIT: guh, I almost forgot: (taken from [livejournal.com profile] jadis31, although it's just everywhere.)

You post a topic, list, category, whatever, in my comments section. (examples: "5 Sexiest Things About Remus Lupin" or "Top 5 dumbest places you've ever had sex"). Then, in a separate post, I'll post my answers to all your Top 5 ideas.
