I haven't done any homework yet. *starts biting nails* Remember this family from Miami that's staying with my aunt and uncle? Well, we've been taking them around town, so yesterday we went to the movies with them, and today we went to my cousin's club (yes, I know, how burgoise). Sidney, the 10-year-old daughter is annoying, but when she realized that I was the only one of my cousins that fought back (and in English, too), she took advantage and kept on bugering me. But nobody really paid attention to her, since there was Randy, 14-year-old, and hot, hot, hot. (Why yes, I do feel like a horrible, horrible person.) He's quite annoying as well, but since he's just too hot, all of us four girl cousins (ages: 12, 13, 15 and me, 18) kept on lusting after him all day long while in the pool. Then he had a hair-cut and he stopped looking that hot since all of his spots in his forehead were suddenly visible. XDDD
This means that I've had much to do over the holidays, but I haven't had any time to do the TONS of homework due next week. The family's going home tomorrow, but I also have a cousin's birthday party and waaaaah, I won't ever get anything done. (My dad just came in like, five minutes ago, and he was like 'turn off the interet and get to work!' and I got a bit pissed. He's right, I know, but grrr, nobody stands between my internet and me.)
Enough about me. I've finished: ( American Gods )
( and Anansi Boys, all by Neil Gaiman )
I'm sorry I haven't really commented on pretty much any of your journals. I have read them, though, so:
dzturtlepower, yayz for your dad being somewhat better, and for Leah talking to you again. Much hugs to
haltlos and may you cheer up.
pezzy387 I have not seen an entry of yours, where are you?!
anael, I'll be reading your Harry/Luna fic someday soon. :) (and hugs for the rest of you, just because) Also, is it really David Tennant's birthday? HAPPY BIRTHDAY 10NTH DOCTOR/BARTY CROUCH JR.!!
And now, a meme:
Pretend for a minute that the only contact you have ever had with me is through my fic. We've never exchanged LJ comments or emails, never hung out in chat or on YM, never talked on the phone or met each other in person, none of that stuff. The only thing you know about me is the kind of fic I write.
What kind of person would you think I am? How would you describe my attitudes and opinions about real-life issues? Or, to use the rephrased question:
Based on the way I write my characters, and the way they speak, think, and behave, what would that say to you about my attitudes and opinions about real-life issues?
