nekare at 06:53pm on 05/09/2010The boy's away golfing (I know, how very bourgeois of him), so I'm sneakily reading Holmes/Watson porn on his computer. Good times! It's been a mix of 2009 film and Sherlock, despite having only seen the first episode so far. (I liked it, but it was overtly long. And slightly off? I don't know).
Anyway, I'm reading The Return of Sherlock Holmes at the moment, hence, the fic craving, and it's interesting how easy it is to see them as almost separate characters, in the three versions, while still retaining the certain thing that makes them them. And it's cool to see how an author can have fics in both fandoms, and yet you immediatly know which is which, without considering, that is, the street urchins and horse carriages. (Which, in my opinion, add a certain something, but oh well.)
