It's so HOT, omg, it's so annoying. And it's only 33C, it's supposed to get to 38, and then I will probably just be sitting in a puddle of my own sweat in this stifling corner of my room. Ugh.
Just watched last Sunday's episode of The Borgias, Lucrezia's Wedding, if I remember correctly, and it was both very lovely and very depressing. Lucrezia's my favorite, so that was definitely disturbing. She's catching on quick though, isn't she? Speaking of, it's weird how so many blonde actresses go brunette and it fits them so much better, and yet Holliday Grainger looked lovely with brown hair (even in that horrible Demons show with Philip Glenister and his horrid accent, remember that? Wow, that was lulzy), but blonde she looks stunning, like she just came out of a fairytale. ALWAYS STAY IN COSTUME DRAMAS, MISS GRAINGER, PRETTY PLEASE.
Anyway, I very much like the women of this show. Vanossa's such a fierce mother, and Giulia's incredibly cunning about plotting and the affairs of the powerful. I likes them. Meanwhile Cesare's off being a tortured soul (and looking pretty good while at it) and Juan is... Well, Juan is an idiot, and that's it. There's also a Pope but he's sort of a dick and I find everyone more interesting than him!
AND THAT'S MY BORGIAS EXPERIENCE.
And now I shall go and watch Fringe. Friiiiinge.
