Now, I have a preposition for you guys. I have this fantastic title, but no story attached to it: Let Me Take A Taste Right Off Your Lips. It was supposed to be the title for my latest SPN fic, but it didn't fit, but I really, really like it, and want to write something for it.
So I'm having a contest! You guys'll comment with what you think the fic should be about, be it crack, humour, angst, darkfic, your choice; and I'll pick the coolest, craziest one and write it as full-fledged fic (so that's, uh, 1300+ words). Please, make me happy and participate, pimp it, whatever. Fandoms would preferably be Supernatural and Doctor Who (and what the hell, Heroes), but if you're, you know,moonix or someone equally cool, I'll accept HP. GO, GO, GO!

first off, let me say that i LOVE that title. you always have the best titles. my titles? suck. i just titled a fic '31 October 1981' because i could think of nothing else for, like, HOURS. XD
now. i am thinking angst. something post-Hogwarts and either Sirius/Remus or Sirius/James. like... things are beginning to fall apart and relationships are changing. and one person is still yearning for the other while the other is pulling away, little by little.
or something. i don't know. i have had such writer's block up until Halloween. i cannot be relied upon for ideas. :P

I don't give you the fandom (well you know mine anyway ;)) so feel free to write what you want - even an original story!
But some plot ideas:
- a little flangst and hurt/comfort because these are my favorites, so there has to be angst!
- unrequited love/attraktion, but you need to let some steam off - so a little smut and fucking around would be nice. ;)
- reading the title lets me think of a sarky and sexy story
- there could be leaps and changes in time (characters met in the past, then didn't see each other for long time and meet again)
So these are my first ideas.
I'm looking forward which idea you'll choose. :)

Either there's a lot of talking involved (awkward babbling/meaningful conversation) or the characters don't talk at all. That would give the title a double meaning with you go for on of these options. Or both - maybe one of the characters is mute.

I think you Mexicans do it better than Germans (or Europeans). You just celebrate it and enjoy the day instead of moping and whining.... ;)
