I'm watching Playthings on tv right now and will you look at that - it's actually better than I remember. And that's saying a lot coming from me, because it's the one episode in this season that I haven't liked all that much. Wet!Sammy's about to come out, OMG YES.

ANYWAY, Smallville's Justice was on earlier and ;A;DLFKJALSDJFALSDJF Oh God, this episode made this entire (crappy) season worth it! I've always liked Bart and the kid that plays him (why yes, I was ecstatic all through season two of Veronica Mars, getting to see him that much), and Ollie was all kinds of awesome and Chloe kicked ass (her usual, really) and Aquaman is really, really hot. *cough* SEE, WRITERS? Smallville actually works when (stupid) Lana isn't around!

I've been busy, busy, busy doing homework and fixing tomorrow's gift for my Little and I'm tiiiired, but it's that kind of satisfied tired, you know? *shrug*

Also: WET!SAMMY!!!eleventy!!1!

ETA: Aren't you supposed to NOT get casts wet? Huh.

ETA2: Well the mom doesn't seem that sad about her mother dying...

(I've always been weired out by Andrea too. Like, okay, you just found out that ghost exist, your father's a murderer, your son almost died and then your father did die. Are you sure you're happy enough to give away cookies? *scratches head*)

Since Jared doesn't have the cast in Night Shifter, I'm guessing that wet scene was one of the last he shot for the episode, and then went in to get his cast removed. I think at that late a point in the life of the cast, the only hazard from its wetness would've been the stench.

*moans* If only they would learn! That was one of the best episodes I'd seen in a while (*sniff* Bye, Ollie! I miss you!) aaaaaaand... *snort* Yeah.

By the way, thanks to your gleeful post about Placebo recently, I went to the site and am in the process of procuring tickets for myself. Wheee! I'm on the mailing list for the official site, and though the US tour dates were announced March 8th, they haven't emailed me about them. Yet. Humph. But. Wheee! Placebo!

the little ghost girl in Playthings was Maya on the 4400. She's cute.

I don't watch SV, but I did watch that ep b/c it was chock full of awesome and hot. I've been in love with Justin Bentley since his Passions days. I would love to see CW do a spinoff with them. GUH. Oh, and I don't really watch the show, but I know that Lana's a twat.

Awesome and hot, exactly! That sums the episode XD OMG A SPINOFF. I WOULD KILL TO WATCH THAT. o_O

I really loved Playthings, actually. :) It was just something about the atmosphere, and the family, and the jokes about antiquing. Although the wet!Sammy helped, and the fact that he followed in Dean's footsteps about the entire slow-motion saving-people-from-drowning stuff. :DD
