Okay, guys, I need a bit of help with an assignment: Of these two images, which one do you like better?

I think the blue one's more... uh, color friendly, or whatever, but the second one conveys more the feeling of 'trash' the poster's supposed to give but... it mashes with the cartoon's color. Also, I can't get it to print right. *scratches head*

Also, if you do understand Spanish, tell me what you think of it? It's supposed to be about how the police doesn't actually arrest people for throwing garbage on the street, even if it's against the law. Or something. Er.

Were I you, I would take the colour of the bands from the pig's tail... I agree the maroon is more... has more zing, but I don't think it's quite the right colour yet.

Mmm, It's a good idea - problem is, my teacher's been yelling at me for two weeks already to be more 'agressive' and whatever and if I show up with a pink poster he'll probably bang his head on the wall in frustration, or something XD

I'll give it a try, though.

Pink is agressive though! And I agree with the person above, I missed the tail in the first one because of all the blue and I was confused by the 'oink, oink' bit because I missed it.

I did try it with pink and it looks kind of awesome, but I really can't use it - the color would divert too much from the ultimate premise of the poster, which is garbage. *sigh*

I would probably pick the blue one, the maroon one seems kind of off to me somehow. So, yes, blue.

I'd go for the second one coz of the contracting colors. It pulls people...what to call it? A hook? It's like creating something "off" to get attention. I'd desaturate the color a bit, though. Maybe a little bit more grey. Cute poster!

Hehe, I was toying with the colors just a while ago and pretty much out of curiosity I tried to use hot pink. It looks so preeeetty. I know I can't use it 'cause it pretty much diffuses all of the thinky thoughts it's supposed to have behind it but ooooh, the pretty. It burns.

Mmm, it does look better with more grey on it, though...

I like the blue one better, and I definitely giggled at the top half of the poster--everyone makes pig jokes about cops in English but somehow it seems much more loli in Spanish. Don't ask me why.

Maybe it's just my glee at being able to read a second language without problems. ^^

I think the blue looks better because it goes more with the theme of police, blue, uniforms, all of that. The maroon is pretty, but it doesn't really pop that much and it kind of clashes--when I look at the second poster, all I see is the maroon. I guess maybe that might highlight the text, but it's still very distracting. ^^
