Remember that art rec corner I wanted to do a while ago? Well, bring it on, babe!

Nati is an Italian artist that I found through devArt.com. I've never really had any contact with her, but I've been a fan of hers for a while now. The first drawing of hers I ever saw was The Crow Child, and to the date, it's still my favorite.

Her art is mysterious and expressive, almost theatrical and burlesque with her use of colors on gray bases. Her backgrounds are just lovely, very romantic and vintage, and truly up to par with her characters. Beautiful examples of her work are: The Garden of Zephirus, Dawn as a Princess and Burlesque.

Check her out, it's definitely worth it!

I'm planning to do this reccing buisiness a regular thing. I used to scout DA almost as much as I do LJ now, so I have TONS of fantastic artists to rec.

Oh God this is done, FINALLY!! I rather like the ending result, but damn, was it hard to write. I feel free, suddenly XD (now, if I could only do any homework, though...)

Sasuke looked him in the eye for the first time since Naruto had been captured, and the tiny glow of interest in his eyes makes the red-hot irons under his nails worth it...

My hair smells funny when wet. It must be that the dye is still somewhat fresh (I have to wear a dark towel around my neck, since the red has already bled into my pyjama top ;-;), but urgh, I still don't like it. *sniffles at hair* *makes funny face*

I only have one class tomorrow, since one of my teachers had something to do and the other one has the day off for the Day of the Mothers. Let's hope the Photography teacher actually does show up tomorrow, since we were supposed to develop our photos like, ages ago. *sigh* So I'll go and have breakfast with mom, grandma and an aunt to celebrate them, and there's family reunion in the evening and I really should have done homwork today, but I got lazy and I just downloaded Casanova to the new laptop instead. Tsk tsk, me.

Am writing Doctor Who fic. It's so fuuuuun!! It should be done in a while. :))

FINALLY I got to write DW fic!! It's light, and somewhat fluffy, but I'm still getting the hang of this fandom. :)
