My brother hijacked my computer last night, and now I've got hundereds and hundreds of flist pages to read. *sigh* This was also bad because I wrote a bit more of the alt!Doctor fic before going to flamenco, and then I couldn't continue it.
I'm having a major art block as of lately, and I'm especially frustrated of how nothing goes the way I want it to (*cough*artist in my flist you should do tutorials*cough*), so I set myself to do something. Well, it was fun. And it shows how much of a fairy talegeek lover I am. *headdesk* So, what I did most of my morning, in between watching a movie:
( 'My, what big eyes you've got!' )
I haven't been liking my inking as of lately, so I decided to skip that - and it looks much better. Too bad that the photo didn't manage to pick it up, though... And of course, the colors are brighter in the original. I should really start tinkering with my scaner, see if I can get it to work already. It says "The best to see you with", by the way. (it's too long to write in English...)
This might or might not have been heavily inspired by
cadhla's The Terminus of Prayer (Nine/Rose, during PotW), which I re-read yesterday and nearly made me cry.
