Well, I had chicken today. And I hate to say it, but I do feel a little guilty. Today is, of course, Ash Wednesday. *cringe*

And I completely forgot all about it until this morning. (There were posts about Mardi Gras yesterday so how was it that I managed to forget, is beyond me.)

Second day of the semester (and first day in my actual school) was okay, lots of talking and joking and I'm pretty sure my Editorial Design is going to make us work our asses off until we die. Of exhaustion. But oh well. I do plan on going to the editorial business once I'm out of school, so it's all for the best.

Anyway, while everyone and their mothers are blogging about politics, I'm writing a post about ENCHILADAS. Clearly, I am AWESOME.

And now I feel like doing a taco version of the post because while there are also a bazillion ways to eat tacos, none of them look like the crap that Taco Bell serves, ugh.
