Hey guys, I have a question for y'all: How do you copy/paste songs from the iPod to iTunes?

This is really, really complicated to do on a Mac, but on Windows: make sure you can see hidden files, and also that your iPod's got that setting enabled that lets you use it like a hard disk. Then: open it up, and you'll see a (hidden) folder called 'IPOD_CONTROL' (I think. Something similar anyway.) -- inside that, there's a 'Music' folder, and all your music's in there. The file names are v. messed up, though -- you'll probably have to search the folder for what you want (the Search thinger >> contains text '[artist or song title]' will usually work.).

I have finally finished & posted my fic -- *stabs it* -- so I hope you manage to conquer Ten sometime soon. ♥! (Be nice to Noldo, Ten! She has the Ultimate Authorial Power, you had better watch out!)

& yes yes I saw that fic and will Comment on when not wrestling with my own, aaaagh. SHUT UP TEN AND GO AWAY. I WANT TO WRITE ABOUT SAM WINCHESTER NOT YOUUUUU do you know, I've written exactly ten words, but created a playlist and stared miserably at GTalk and tried to find people to talk to and read a physics text. I get so terribly productive when I'm failing at fic.

Hey, don't worry about me until you worry about yours. :p DOWN, TEN, DOWN! Playlists = good. I have playlists for all of my fics. :) (Playlists are only good when they culminate in the writing of fics, though.)
