Oh man, I'm incredibly tired. I've just finished downloading Heroes but I have to do some homework before I get to watch it, besides typing all I wrote for the Martha/Ten fic during History of Mexican Graphic today (four little pages! Yay!).

Other than that, I'm re-reading The Time Traveler's Wife because, uh, just because, and HONESTLY, WHERE IS ALL THE HOT HENRY/CLARE/HENRY FIC, HUH? I mean, it's CANON that Henry fucked about with himself when he was a teenager, and it's canon that he had no qualms whatsoever with boning Clare with himself being like, two feet away, so. IT MUST EXIST, RIGHT? IT'S GOT TO.

In other news, I forgot to talk about it, but I finished Farenheit 451 and couple of weeks ago and my, but it was really good. It's got the same creepy atmosphere as 1984 (although not as extreme), and it had very human characters.

I also read, by Javier MarĂas, Mientras Ellas Duermen (while they're alseep) [ack, 'they' being femenine, btw], a short story collection, and while some of them were 'blah', some of them were really, really good and creepy and funny. I really want to read more by this author, he's got some quite interesting ideas.

Oh man, I've been so busy I haven't even had time to dl Heroes yet! Woe is me!

Aw, TTTW. Damn, I loved that book. Yeah, that definitely deserves a re-read as soon as I find the time. And yeah, there's totally got to be fic out there with that. I just have no idea where to even start looking.

I think this is my third or fourth re-reading, lol. And I cry my eyes out every. single. time. *g* I've only found ONE fic, which is le sad. ;___;

"Farenheit 451" pwns me. As does "1984". <3 <3 <3 If you haven't read it yet, you might enjoy Ann Rand's "Anthem" too.

I am occasionally a geeked out Literature major...

Fahrenheit rocks. As does '84. As does A Scanner Darkly.

TTTW? Haven't read yet. Any good? Besides the sex, I mean?

Haha, I've owned A Scanner Darkly for like, a year already, and I still haven't read it. *headdesk*

Oh, it is. I'm not so sure you'd like it, though. It's basically a superb-written romance with the twist of time traveling - it makes it incredibly compelling, and sad as hell, but still.

I've only read one TTW fic and it was Alba talking with Henry on a pier. I think I came across it through some small fandom fest... Have you tried doing a search for a fic comm?

Yeah, I think I've read that one too. But really, with all the hype the book created a couple years ago, you'd think there'd be fic by the dozens. o_O

Have you seen the pictures on the set of movie for "The Time Traveler's Wife"?

I was hesitant about having Eric Bana play Henry, but I guess I'm getting used to the idea now. I want this movie to come out now! I should reread the book now.

Yeah, oddly enough, I saw that like, ten minutes after I posted this, lol. Bana is... so not who I'd chosen, but he's looking significantly more Henry-like in those pictures, so. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. The outfit the girl-who's-playing-Clare is just downright WEIRD, though. o_O

I guess when I heard Eric Bana was cast as Henry I thought, but he's too muscular. But I suppose it makes sense, Henry was muscular because he had to be fit in order to survive time travel, so I guess I buy it. I hope they don't screw up the book, I seriously hope they don't. I'll cry if they do, but I'll probably cry if they do a fantastic job either way so really I'll just be a mess after watching it, ha ha.

Well yeah, there's that, but Henry too me is all lean, with defined muscles and stuff from all of his running, but still pretty scrawny, that with his super uber fast metabolism and burning so many calories while time traveling.

Haha, yeah, if it doesn't make me cry then it won't be able to be considered a success, because I swear that book made me bawl like a baby, lol.

That's very true, but the last time I remember seeing Eric Bana he was huge. I think he probably toned down on the exercise so maybe it will work.

I cried so hard my sister came into my room and asked what the hell was wrong with me. She didn't understand, she also walked in on me when I was reading Order of the Phoenix, she must think I'm nuts.
