Here via the crack_broom. Wonderfully written. I love the Harry/Hermione interaction, her gift to her "brother", one last sacrifice on her part. Some things not even Voldemort could break.

So *sad*, though! You've written something happy to balance this out, right? :-)

Thank you! The bond within the trio is pretty much my favorite thing in the book - and, yes, it's the one thing not even Voldemort could break. I find that so awesome. :)

Haha, yeah, I think I did write some hopeful trio stuff, back in the day. XD
