Doctor Who 4x01 - Partners in Crime: Well, that was a weird episode. I mean - I had a lot of fun with it, it was really entertaining, but it was still weird.

Never before had things so cute being so creepy. o_O They - THEY WAVE GOODBYE. OMG.

Donna's grandpa is AWESOME. HEE. I was really wary of that talk between him and Donna, though, about her 'waiting for the right man' 'cause... well, plz no outright shippiness, Who? I love subtext, and Ten/Donna could be made of awesome, but let's keep it subtle, k?

But! Ten'n'Donna are a FANTASTIC team! And she'd been watered down a bit but she got her edge back when she was with him and yes. ME LIKES. That talk through the glass! XDD They have wonderful chemistry together, yayz. And that paralelism in the beginning, and Donna being all SUPER DETECTIVE-like, hee!

MARTHA REFERENCE YAY. And oh man. Oh man. He acknowledged wrecking Martha. That is - that is good show. The fact is - the Doctor DID destroy Martha's life, in a way, but he also helped Martha become the fantastic, FANTASTIC woman that she is today. So I hope he can see that as well. Once he, you know, runs lower on angst.

AND OMG SURPRISE ROSE. Totally didn't see that coming. o_O Not this early in the game, anyway.

SO: Mostly it was the theme that was weird, and the washy-washy nanny. I don't know, like I said: It was fun, but sort of lackluster for a series opener. BUT LET'S SEE. But whatever, I'm just glad my SHOW IS BACK YAY.

I still haven't watched Torchwood, lol. Bones and crooked and fic came first in importance, haha. MY PRIORITIES ARE IN ORDER, YES.
