56 pages into Stephenie Meyer's The Host:

Yep, she's still as much of a prude and a cheap-melodrama-type romance addict as ever. Dude. If the world is sort of over, TRUST ME, but the survivors will be fucking like rabbits.

Aaaanyway. At least it's somewhat interesting, I guess. And, well. It could be worse.

OKAY. since it's a tradition to spork Mrs. Meyer's books as I read them, I'll be filing them under my Twilight tag as well, for, you know, easy access, or whatever.

Did you buy the book or are you reading it online?

I got it through, ah, less than legal ways, let's say. (no way I'm paying for Stephenie Meyer, haha)

What's your e-mail?

You know, last year I heard of this series but I never knew what it was about. But only the High Schools had it in their collections so I figured it was a little risky, right? So now that I'm reading it I was like, okay? where is the sex because that should be the only reason this book isn't in Middle Schools, haha.

If you downloaded this, where from?

Also, I hear the trailer for the movie is out already:D Haven't seen it yet though.

Ah, how are you not a member! I'll tell you in the first flocked post I find in your journal - I don't really like flocking reviews, especially if they-re loltastic.

Oooh, is this the series that's being made into a film with Robert Pattinson? You know, the one with the vampires? Because the trailer for that is hysterical. *g*

Haha, hysterical indeed XD

But no, this is the author's 'first adult novel', which is a complete lie because she keeps on being as prudish about sex as she is in her YA books, ugh.

Another book, and, listen to this: about ~aliens~ lol. XD

It's actually rather decent for SMeyer - I'm almost done with it, there'll be long review later.
