Dude, I didn't know Starbucks CHARGED to use the wireless! That-- that is a fucking TRAVESTY. I PAID stupid 40 pesos for a stupid coffee, damnit, and I hardly even LIKE coffee. Stupid starbucks. So I am writing from a tiny cybercafe. Of course, because this is me and I thought I'd be using my laptop, I forgot my USB key, so I have no way to save all that awesome fic that is turning up in my flist. WHY, OH WHY.

I also just finished reading JKR'S 800 word prequel and if anyone else bitches about this I'll have to hit someone because it is made of WIN and it made me grin a lot and it is JAMES AND SIRIUS AND A CERTAIN MAGICAL BIKE, OKAY? NOTHING CAN GO WRONG WITH THAT COMBINATION. ♥♥

Okay. Now I'll go and and read Neil Gaiman's story and bask in it before I have to leave.

ETA: LOL LOL LOL I JUST READ IT XDDD OH, NEIL. ♥

The Tom Stoppard, Lauren Child and Axel Schaffer cards are quite good as well.

I haven't had a chance to read them yet, but I'll try and do so soon. :)

Me encantóoooo!

Neil Gaiman's story is awesome, I haven't read Rowling's prequel though.
Also, wtf at Starbuck! I totally thought it was free too.

It was so good! I was sort of doubtful and then the ending happened and I laughed out loud, haha. :D

I know! I was in a hurry when I first read it and totally did a doubletake - and then I laughed (in public, mind) and had to read it all over again XD

THE MARAUDERS ♥ I WANT A PREQUEL DAMMIT. Stuff like this reminds me why I used to love those damn books so much and Remus/Sirius are totally OTP and OMG THE MARAUDERS *clings to old!fandom*

..I'm totally going to have to read Azkaban onwards now aren't I? I DONT HAZ TIME. WHY DID SHE DO THIS TO MEEE?

I want it or not because I do like the flexibility of canon right now - but then again, I haven't written any Remus/Sirius in like, a bazillion years so it actually wouldn't be that bad. In the end, it's the MARAUDERS, so it'd be awesome. XD (aaaand there's the fact that I cheated with James/Sirius near the end. UM.)

While unpacking, I realized Chamber of Secrets is the only HP book I don't own in English. THIS SHOULD BE FIXED. NOW. (Then again I don't own any of the last three books in Spanish but I can live without them, lol.)

I LOOOOOOOOOOOVED Neil's story but I always love everything he writes. And I really liked JK's too, of course, although I liked more the feeling of it than the story itself. Like, I want to know what happens next, you know? Stupid JK.

I know! It was so funny and awesome and YET there's the feeling of impending doom, like - they're in war time and they're in danger and yet they're being adorkable in a magical bike. EEEK. LOVE.

And Neil's, AHAHAHA WEREWOLF FURNITURE. GOD. THAT MAN.
