I hadn't been online since Wednesday. It's almost weird, how I'm like, redescovering myself, or something equally as corny, without constant internet connection. Huh. I am reading more, books and manga, going out biking and going out more. I made CUSHIONS last week. CUSHIONS, PEOPLE. I am going all artsy-fartsy all over the place, and I am making a paper flower arrangement. ER. I still miss LJ, though, and my major regret is having missed half a season of Who speculation/discussion/squeeage/rage.
The annual family meeting was this weekend, in my grandpa's dingy little hometown. Gossip was, of course, the most interesting part of the entire thing, just like family feuds and the HORRIBLY TRASHY banda (BANDA FELIZ, LOL) my uncle got. Banda is trashy by default, but this one was a whole new level of trashiness, believe me. Also, one of my younger cousins has just recently gotten the habit of dressing like Indiana Jones. No, seriously, he had the fedora and a leather jacket and EVERYONE kept saying HEY, DUDE, WHERE'S YOUR WHIP? and singing the theme song everytime he passed by. It was fun. It was also HOT AS FUCK. That wasn't as nice.
I spent an exhausting morning fixing the student exchange mess. I have now applied to Leeds University and is (fucking finally) out of my hands. ER. ENGLISH FOLK. IS THERE ANYTHING INTERESTING TO DO/SEE IN LEEDS? Donna has shaped my views on it, lol.
I am in the process of getting the Who finale right now. It is going so slowly and there are so many parts that I might be done with it in, oh, a fucking week. Stupid internet. I am both dreading and yearning to see it, as RTDs finales are always a thing to behold (not in a good way) and the off-cut reactions seem to be of the WTF variety. Again, it is RTD, so not surprising.

I've never been to Leeds myself *is fail* but apparently it's a good uni *nods*
Don't expect to much from the Who finale... it kinda blew my brain apart. There's too much of a mix of EPIC FAIL/win in a short space of time and it confused the fuck out of me. And then I had that whole ~emotionally drained~ feeling for a day after it so... yeah. I feel I should watn you of this.

Weeeell, there's that. I'd be taking 20th Century Fashion! añlsjfsdjf I'm so excited about that! XD
Aaaaaah, don't say that, now I'm dreading to see it... o_O

I have no idea how good they are on that (mostly because I don't know anyone that takes it) but it sounds really interesting actually. And fun *g*
Basically, the finale is one giant cluterfuck of win/fail. I wouldn't dread it if I were you... I liked it more than I liked Doomsday, but not more than I loved Parting Of The Ways and Last Of The Time Lords. Eh. There's quite a fair amount of companionty goodness to look forward to though but as always, Don't Poke The Plot, It Will Fall Apart.

How far away is Leeds from Manchester, anyway? WE HAVE TO FANGIRL TOGETHER.
Mmm, basic Rusty, then. Bah, I'm so looking forward to the Moffat era. You know, I LOVED Parting of the Ways, Daleks or not. It was just the right amount of epic. The rest of the finales, though...

I kinda loved LotTL a lot (yeah, I know I'm in the minority) because of Martha being made of win and that scene where she laughed in his face and simm!Master and Jack with a machine gun and Martha's exit being awesome and simm!Master dancing to the Scissor Sisters and I really find it hard not love an episode that gave me all of that XD
Parting Of The Ways still manages to rip my soul apart even now.
THE MOFF IS KIND OF LIKE JESUS. 2010 cannot come soon enough.

Suerte!
