Well. Secret Invasion might not be the greatest stuff in comics ever, not even close, but it's healing all that was wrong after fucking Civil War (except for, you know, Cap being dead, and all), and for that, oh, for that I love it to pieces.

UM. I might have foregone doing homework (or, er, anything else whatsoever) in order to read New Avengers all afternoon long. I'm now all caught up and shit and OOOOOH WHAT A RIDE. The first story arc was shit, not helped by David Finch's horrible art (I still don't get how the guy still has a job...) but then it got sooo much better. So no, Bendis didn't disappoint, lol, and now I'm off to start reading Mighty Avengers, because I need my Tony Stark fix, haha.

Secret Invasion's turning out okay? I'm still skeptical about a Skrullocalypse.

It's getting steadily better, but I have to admit it had a rocky start. In all, I think Bendis could've done so much better than freaking SKRULLS if he wanted to do something oh so epic. But like I said - it'll make Civil War not so horribly bad in retrospect, I think.
