Confession #1! I still haven't watched SPN. I was falling asleep on my keyboard last night, and there was no way I'd enjoy it to the fullest. But I have Stuff to do today (grandma and a friend's birthday party), so I'm not sure if I'll get to see it today. WOE.
Now, insta rec! It's really weird, me being the hardcore Marvel fangirl that I am, but my all-time favorite comic character is Barbara Gordon, both as Batgirl and Oracle. Don't get me wrong, I love a lot of Marvel gals and guys, but Babs, oh, I love her best. She overcomes everything in her way, and there's this certain Joie de vivre about her, I don't know. She is MY hero, you know? Sort of my role model? Yes. This is why I loved this so freaking much:

minim_calibre, The Dark Knight, Barbara gen. In which Babs enters movie canon. This is just so PERFECTLY her, so strong and determined to make a difference, to serve Gotham as much as she can. Brought tears to my eyes, I swear. ♥ Do read it people. And YES, ONLY NOW I START READING TDK FIC. I'M LATE, I KNOW.
Confession #2: I only saw The Dark Knight ONCE. I AM AS APPALLED AS YOU ARE, BELIEVE ME. And I so wanted to see it in IMAX, too... Sigh. I guess I'll just have to wait for the DVD.
