I just finished watching Demons, which was, in all honesty, painful to watch. Why, Philip Glenister, whyyyy do such crap while you could do so much better. ;___; And even then his 'American' accent was sort of weird. The main lead can't act his way out of a paperbag. The girls are somewhat better but still bad, if ridiculously pretty.

You know it's bad when you want to watch Gossip Girl to get rid of the bad taste on your mouth. Bah.

In better news, I finished The Graveyard Book today (after all of two days reading it, lol), and it was marvelous. I love how even Neil's children books are still so smart, and dark, and heartfelt. The illustrations by Dave McKean were also fantastic, I love his brushwork. In all, it was awesome and I loved it loads. ♥ I also got Coraline while in the States - finally, as I'd been aching to read that one as well for a long while, and just in time to get ready for the movie. :3

Thanks for all the advise and stories last night, guys, it helped loads. :)

I was disappointed by Demons too, especially since I'd liked the guy playing the lead during his short stint on Doctor Who, but yeah - not a great actor.
lol, Gossip Girl is like candy, so it's kind of appropriate.

Ahhh, I hadn't realized he was in Who! So, after some googling, I'm even more surprised at how bad he was in Demons - he was really endearing in his little red beret...

I'm sooo behind on GG! I'm only up to ep 2x09, and I want to finish it soon so I can discuss it with my fellow obsessive fan cousin, haha.
