I saw both eps back to back, and seeing them together it was, perhaps, a bit TOO much, as there was way too many villains and stuff happening at once and weird random plot and a plastic Rory. But Rory nevertheless! I can always get behind more Rory and Amy finally remembering! This second episode was better, I think, partly because Amelia was so so cute and because all of the time-wimey stuff and because River Song was fantastically bad-ass and because IT WAS ALL HAPPY AND THEY'RE RUNNING OFF TOWARDS ADVENTURE NOW. ALL TOGETHER. YESSSSSS.
I'm just so GLEEFUL about it, as you can probably tell by the rampant caps-lock. BUT THIS IS EXCITING OKAY? No mind-wipes and horrible consolation clones or emo tears of emo. And now Rory's back and they're married and the Doctor dances REALLY REALLY BADLY and River Song is off using hallucigenic lipstick (ilu River) and it was all about stories, and the power of tales and memories and words. I do love that.
"Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue." I LOVED THAT. It was so lovely and great and it was such a powerful, beautiful moment.
Also, how much does the Doctor loves the tardis? A LOT, THAT'S HOW.
And now I want Rory/Amy/Eleven. Ngh.

I was also sort of "meh" on Rory. I liked him well enough, I just didn't love him, but now I do. He waited with Amy in the Pandorica and that gets you a crazy amount of points in my book, even if you are plastic at the time ;____;

I've sort of been madly in love with Rory with the vampires episode. I dig Amy/Eleven but now I can't see it without SOME Amy/Rory as well! WEIRD. I think the answer, obviously, is lots of OT3 sex. Yes.
