I just finished the first season of The Vampire Diaries. Well, color me absolutely hooked!

HOW CAN A SHOW THAT WAS SO BAD END UP SO FASCINATING???

ETA: You know what would be AWESOME? Damon/Elena/Stefan porn. LIKE, PLZ REC ME SOME?

ETA2: I just looked up the books in wikipedia and they sound SO BAD. Elena is described as a TOTAL MARY SUE, OMG. 'long locks of blonde hair to her waist, blue eyes the color of lapislazuli, with flecks of gold and a tint of violet to them.' I. WHAT. LOL.

I love the reaction I get, too. "You're watching WHAT?" But even the sensible shaming of my peers only eggs me on.

I started watching it over the summer and was so mad when I got to the end of season one-THEN was so mad that I got so mad!!!

YAY YOU SHIP THE OT3. That and Stefan/Elena are the two permutations of the triangle I like most. The best threesome fic I've read is

impertinence's, though it's not that porny, and alas the fandom is severely lacking in threesome porn. But here's my tiny Vampire Diaries tag on delicious!

And oh my god, the books, IKR. The only thing that intrigues me about them is Meredith Sulez, who is mysteriously missing from the show and seems to have TV Bonnie's personality, TV Caroline's protagonism/role -- and a canonical relationship with Alaric. But that is so not enough to read them.

OT3 ALL THE WAYYYY. It'd be so hot. I like Stefan and Elena's relationship, it's so bizarrely stable for tv, but I admit I love the idea of Damon being so deperately in love. SIGH. I read her fic last night! Pretty good. I only found links in delicious (thanks for yours, btw, will check it out in a bit) for 4 fics, all of which I've already read. You'd think fandom would be more into the hot threesomes!

Yeah, I'm quite surprised the tv went and completely erased an important female character, seeing that they're pretty good at writing women. MMM. lol, a highschooler dating the history teacher - now that's a bit kinky, haha.

Man, the post I was getting it from had a screencap of when Alaric and Damon frame John out of that party right after he didn't die, and I didn't know he was in the show at the time, so I kept going IS THAT SARK??? IS IT??? for days until I finally looked it up, lol. SARK! Always the guest star, never the main lead! Dude deserves a show. A SARK show.

I'm really liking season 2! Especially having Caroline as a vampire and Katherine around. I'm really hoping the whole 'Elena's the mystical key for stuff' is not going to be more than they can chew. It's a bit weird. And Buffy-y.

A Sark show would be so unbelievably satisfying. Instead of making that stupid Alias remake/revival show they've been talking about, they should just make the Sark show. I mean, even if it had Sark baking cupcakes I'd watch it. ALL THE TIME.

I love Katherine so much. And Caroline, and Alaric, and Jeremy and EVERYBODY.
