nekare at 08:48pm on 07/12/2010Ah, so I had my job interview. It went well, I think (I was all smily and stuff, and I even complimented a baby for christ's sake), but I don't think I'll take it if they do call me back (which they SAID they would do tonight, but it's a bit late, really).
It's a tiny tiny office on top of a print shop, the secretary had a fuzzy baby that kept on crying while i was being interviewed, I would have to pipe in and help sweep the floors if it got too dirty, and it's 10 hours mon-fri and 6 on saturdays with an hour for lunch of doing mindnumbingly easy but boring design work. And I would get paid 4000 pesos (about 350 dlls) for the first month.
Er, yeah, no.
ETA: They just called to offer the job. I feel STUPID turning down a job after so long of wanting one, but really, I didn't bust my ass studing through uni to end up taking care of babies while the secretary is off having lunch or stuff, which they did say might happen.
