I was about to order This One Summer by Mariko and Jillian Tamaki, because some comics deserve to be read physically, and I thought, what the hell, let's get some more. I've long wanted to complete my collection of Brian Michael Bendis' run on Daredevil, but it's out of print and it was only when I ordered from three party vendors that I realized they were charging fucking 35 dlls in shipping for a 10 dlls book. WHAT. NO.

I backtracked pretty fast. So I'm ordering Nextwave even though it's unavailable at the moment, but that comes from Amazon and the shipping is like 5 dlls. For whenever it comes, I guess. Also getting some Fables trades. I'm so so behind on Fables, I suck.

UGH. Why are comics so expensive? Why do I earn so little? I really wanna support the new Black Widow series, too, but the trade isn't coming out until July, boo. I dislike paying 4dlls for a single issue with shitty paper and ads enough, I'm so not paying that for digital.

Comics are ridiculously expensive! For me shipping is so expensive that digital really is cheaper for most things (and I download a non-legit copy for backup in case Marvel Digital goes stupid). So for me it's Marvel Digital all the way...for now.

I have> bought stuff from comixology, but my cheapness mostly gets in the way and I just end up torrenting it. I really think they shouldn't charge you the same as a physical book for a download. It's not like it costs them printing and shipping...
