This was kinda-but-not hard to write, but in the end I think it turned out fairly decent. Bill feels too gloomy for my liking, but I figure after everything, and the war, no one would be quite so cheerful anymore. why_me_why_not, I'll just change this once you send me the beta-ed version to me, all right?
