nekare: (Pushing Daisies)
ZOMG. I FINALLY MANAGED TO DO A PERFECT SONG IN GUITAR HERO. EEEH. It was When You Were Young, lol. :3 Alright, so it was on easy mode, but damnit I'm proud of myself. Especially because my brother has already made three. (I immediatly texted him, lol, and didn't give a crap he could get his cell taken away from him if it rings in school). I mostly play in medium mode, though, because it's so much fun.

I also started reading Belle de Jour's blog. Yeah, the call girl whose life inspired Billie Piper's new series. Dunno, I was curious. Which is weird because I've never even seen the show, but there you go. It's actually quite interesting even if Belle is quite the pompous ass, lol.

I haven't talked about this, but I've been watching Wonderfalls obsessively for the past week, and I finished it yesterday at the wee hours of the morning. OH MAN. SO MUCH LOVE. I was shocked to see I had seen most of it, only so long ago I didn't remember much - FOX latinamerica did show most if not all of the series, then, only in weird schedules and out of order. In any case, I'm still a bit devasted that it was cancelled. BECAUSE IT WAS SO. DAMN. GOOD. And it just kept getting better and better with each episode, which is even sadder, that it didn't get a chance. Bryan Fuller, honestly, can do no wrong in my eyes.

Apart from digging Jaye/Eric, I also ended up loving Aaron/Mahandra like crazy, mostly because Lee Pace? SUCH A WOOBIE. My favorite episode has to be number 5, though, apart from the 11 and 13, because all that faux noir camera work? Wonderful. Also, the series ends with Travis' Love Will Come Through, which can never go wrong in my books. ♥ ♥ ♥

In all, Pushing Daisies remains my favorite, but Dead Like Me and Wonderfalls are sort of tied.
