UM.

Supernatural 2x11 - Playthings: UM. I hope this is the first and last time I say this. I didn't like it all that much.

Let's concentrate on the good stuff first: The dolls were creepy as hell. The setting too, actually, as well as the scene with ghostly!playground. Dean teasing hungover!Sammy was ACE. Wet!Sammy was hot as hell. Dean was funny and cute and great. The main plot was pretty much good. I liked the idea of Maggy the ghost as an imaginary friend (probably because I used something REALLY alike it in one of my fics, LOL), but I saw right through it since the beginning, and I would've LOVED if Sam had said 'but I SAW two girls.' That would've been awesome. 'And you're short!' now that was pure LOVE. Awesome.

The bad? First of all, I didn't like the wording of Maggie. 'Forever and ever and ever' sounded like such a cliche. She would've been creepier if the writers had wrote her to be less creepy, if you know what I mean. A more 'normal' child would've been better.

And the near kiss. That scene really bothered me. First the gay joke and then this? That's overdoing it, and it made me feel - quoting Dean, 'officially uncomfortable'. First of all, I do read wincest. I do like wincest. I don't, though, want to see wincest on-screen. That feels too much like fanservice, and, dunno, it felt too intimate, and it was hard to watch - too voyeuristic. I loved hearing Dean say sasquatch, though.

I--I dunno. There's much of this episode that I loved, and still, it left me with a bit of disappointment in the end. Like it could've been much better. Especially after the last two eps. *sigh* I think I would've preferred if they'd just done the whole drunken scene differently. A bit more happy, whiny drunk Sammy, a bit less groping. *shrug* AND A BIT LESS 'LET'S PUT THIS HEAVY, HEAVY WEIGHT ON DEAN'S SHOULDER, K?'

Am in a quite Who mood today, Lord knows why. I surfed the allmighty wikipedia for a long while reading the Doctor's profile. Good times. Then I went and re-watched Fear Her because all of the other episodes are on CDs and the laptop ain't reading them right ;___; ALL CHEER WITH ME, TEN, TEN, TEN, YAY! My, but I love the man. Time Lord. Alien. Whatever. Mmm, I really feel like watching Girl in the Fireplace. And Army of Ghosts/Doomsday because I've only seen them once each. Which is tragic, yes.

Also, I just watched Cyberwoman. Um. Wow. I honestly never thought Torchwood could be that good. o_O The TENSION, my, it never went down, and IANTO, AS;DFJASLDJF. I finally see what all the fuzz is about. AND PET PTERODACTYL FOR THE WIN. Also, nyah, hot. High on the suspence, high on emotion; this really was quite an amazing episode. And yesss, this finally gave me the promting I needed to watch the rest of the series. (am already downloading the next ep. *kicks computer so it'll go faster*)

Yeah, Torchwood's ace from that episode onwards, pretty much. Yay, isn't it shiny and wonderful?? Isn't Ianto shiny and wonderful, especially? *lures you into the fandom*

Ianto intrigues me, because, really, what does he do? Coffee? That's ALL?? I mean, he was in Torchwood 1, so he must have some, dunno, training or something.

Owen, on the other hand, makes me want to hit him with something hard. *stabs*

Yay! Si te gustó Cyberwoman, ya no hay vuelta atrás. Yo también sufrí muchísimo por Ianto...

Dentro de poco estarás escribiendo Jack/Ianto, ya verás ;)
