How awesome was that, huh? *flails*

Supernatural 2x14 - Born Under a Bad Sign: I love the opening scene. It's really dinamic and well shot, and Dean's expression in this one... *sigh* Beautiful. Then we get conflicted!Sam, and it was a beautiful thing to see. Dean's face when they see the videotapes, ugh, and him saying "We gotta cover our tracks," (emphasis mine) because you know he ain't leaving Sam. He wouldn't, even if poor old Sammich actually does go Darkside.

Then that scene at the motel room, with the 'You have to kill me!' which does make more sense now that we know that it was Meg; but I digress. Dean's quiet, dry, "I'd rather die," broke my heart. Completely. And then comes Teh Twist and Dean gets knocked out (Sam-fu! Yay!) and HAHAHA JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE CONCERT.

And then the scene at the bar. You know, the one that's so utterly amazing and that showed us all that Jared Padalecki is, in fact, quite a GREAT actor. Wow. I loved how at the beginning, the way not-Sam was so off at being Sam, and in the end, it was this twisted, sick portrayal of Sam's character traits, which is just plain genious. Jo was awesome in this episode - wary and grown up. Anyway, not-Sam starts to be hot about here, pretty much at the same time that he(she?it?) starts to be creepy as fuck. The way he taunts Jo about having a thing for Dean (which is really understandable, because c'mon, have you SEEN the man?) and then the greatest line of the episode: "My Daddy shot your Daddy in the he-ad." *shivers* Freaking awesome.

Holy water! And Dean just knowing it can't be Sam, and the chase at the warehouse (GENIOUS, I tell you, GENIOUS), and not-Sam shot Dean again!! And Jo tending to Dean's injuries! And then OMG BEER SPIKED WITH HOLY WATER, OMG I THINK I'M A LITTLE IN LOVE WITH YOU, BOBBY. That was wonderful. And the exorcism! (That comment about Dean keeping on coming back like a cockroach? Amazing.) And not-Sam using Latin! And beating the shit out of Dean! AND HIM BEING MEG!! And Bobby saves the day again.

Odd things and conspiracy theories: Was that Ava's car? I went 'OMG AVA' when I saw it, but no one seems to know for sure... I hope it is. That would mean that someone else could've been posessing her too, right?

Anyway, I have this theory (which I've left around in comments, so so sorry if you see it again): I don't think Meg was really trying to kill the boys. Mess with their heads? Yes. Torture them? Yes. Kill them? No. She had just too many chances - and she could've aimed for Dean's heart instead of the shoulder - I mean, she has Sam's skills while in his body, so she also has his aim. I don't know, I just don't think she's completely honest at the 'don't give a rat's ass about the masterplan' - the YED is her father, and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't say 'aw well, there go more than twenty years of work down the drain *sigh* whatever honey. Want a pony?' at her 'Oops!' Maybe this was another trick from the demon? Mmm... Wow. I just really loved this episode.
