I've just finished reading October breaks our branches by angelgazing, and it was too lovely for words. People, go read it, like, right now; you won't regret it. S/R, october 1981

So, I've finished giventofly37's gift, Harry/Ron; which I'd never written before but it still was nice, to say the least (although R/Hr still has my heart) and I should probably try and write more of it. As usual, I didn't manage to remember the actual promt until I was finished, and then I had to squeeze it there somewhere (this is what, the fifth fic I which I have to do the same? so people, don't be angry if your interest is flying in there somewhat forgotten XD). And I tried to make it fluffy, I swear I tried but my fluffy muse is on vacation right now. Sorry!

And since I'm curious: How is it that you people have the inspiration for your writing? A picture? A snippet of conversation? Just what exactly makes your brain go into haywire until you actually hold a pen and write an idea?

EDIT: Wee! I've finished hexes_jala's Hot Gimmick fic! And it wasn't short-short! (Just remember dear, I've only read the first 10 chapters. don't expect the greatest IC Ryoki ever.)
