Well, the time has come again. Yes, I'm doing my schedule for next semester. As all of you that have stuck around for long know, this is pretty much a nerve-racking experience that usually has me with a nervous knot in my stomach from a week before and has me bitching about how lousy a schedule I got for the next five months.

Cross your fingers, folks, I need all the luck I can get.

(Remember those 12 hour long days? The four days a week eating in school? The horrors of driving to school in the dark and getting back when it's already dark again? Yeah. *sobs*)

This baking thing is frustating me as of lately instead of being a stress reliever. All of the stuff I've baked this holidays, there's been, uh, ONE single decent thing to come out of it, the banana and pecan cupcakes. The chocolate cupcakes with chocolate and peach ganache were delicious, but they looked horrible. The cheesecake was lacking in the cheese department. I made sugar cookies today, and they got a bit burnt and they sort of stuck together to form a cookie the size of the pan and they're a bit too sweet. ARGH.

So, re: schedule of hell.

Things considering, it went well enough. It's so frustrating, though - I actually had to go to uni to ask for a spot in two of the classes I'm supposed to take (it's a 45 minute drive to my school. Needless to say, I wasn't happy) - I HATE how the school never opens enough places for, oh you know, all of the students that need to take it? I'm on a waiting list for Informatics II (aka Photoshop class) so maaaaaybe I'll get a place but there's not chance anymore for Multimedia. Damnit.

I still have a 12 hour long day. ARGH. I don't have to show up at school on Tuesdays and Thursdays, though, I only have Watercolor and Drawing I in the art school downtown (optional classes), so. Dunno. We'll see how it goes.

Okay, I think I'll go on doing these running commentaries because they're kinda loads of fun. HEE.
