It WAS Santa in the Slush! And it was GLORIOUS to see it on actual tv! Can you even choke on happiness? Because I swear I squee'd so hard. :D :D
I bought my ticket for the coca-cola Zero Fest today, YAY! I'd been hesitant about going for a while, because while I'm always up for seeing Zoé in concert, their audience in festivals is never the best. BUT then I found out that that METRIC IS COMING, OMG! I've loved Metric for years, so I'm incredibly excited about seeing them live. :3 I also want to see The Mars Volta, Kinky and Miranda! as well, AND there was a promotion today and it was really really cheap in comparison to the actual prize, so overall it's win/win. WEE.
The only downside is that apparently I'm going only with my ex, but OH WELL. It'll still be awesome!
While I was buying the tickets I wandered into the dvd section of the record store, and was SO SO TEMPTED to watch Bones' 2nd season. I think I will buy it in the end, sooner than later, but I didn't have the money at hand at the moment. BUT. NEXT WEEK? YESSSS. IT SHALL BE MINE. MY PRECIOUSSS.
