Oh yes, I do like the idea. I can link you to my first story; it's over in my LJ. I only started writing back in December. Anything earlier than that (including a horrific Mary Sue/self insert fest involving the band R.E.M. that I wrote in junior high and now recognize was my first fanfiction) is probably lost to the mists of time (though I am a bit of a packrat, so it may actually be somewhere in my parents' attic).
