( Torchwood 2x07 - Dead Man Walking: ) I never thought I'd say this but can it be next week already?

I'm nervous about watching SPN because for what I can gather from lj cuts, my flist is divided between OMG I LOVED IT and OMG I HATED IT SO MUCH WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE WRITERS. So. Me? A bit scared. It's just - the past two episodes brought back my squee big time and now I don't want to ruin it. ;____; But yes, I'll be seeing it in a moment.

The Fic of Doom is 8800 words long already. What is the maximum word quota allowed in one entry, anyway? 'Cause it'd suck a bit to pass it over by like, thirty words, or something. o_O

In other news, ARGH, but I'd almost forgotten what it was like to have homework and now I have loads. ;___; And now the semester has officially started, yes.

I have had a cardboard 'r' stuck on my door for almost two years now (The International Day of Design two years back was celebrated in my school by hanging/gluing/hiding random letters in trees/walls/doors/etc, and having people dress up as honest to God letters spelling 'TIPO'. Hee.), and after writing the entire font free hand for an assignement I can safely say that it is Garamond Bold. Eek.

OMG THIS IS SO AMAZING.

I--I want to take it to school and stick them ALL OVER some of my classmate's worst designs, OH HELL YES, IT'D BE SO THERAPEUTHICAL and It'd be sort of awesome to be able to say YOU GO AND KERN IT, BITCH, THAT SHIT AIN'T LEGIBLE. My favorites are the 'comic sans is illegal' and the 'alert: typo', because you'd never guess it from reading this journal, but I'm actually a FEARED GRAMMAR NAZI in Spanish and all of my friends yell OMG STFU whenever I rant about something missing an accent, lol.

And mmm, but this reminded me I wanted to Talk Shop about some people's horrible LJ layouts and some people's BEAUTIFUL layouts that are completely unpractical and that no matter how pretty would still be design crimes. But maybe later.

ETA: and in a completely different subject, a guy was watching this in in Design class today and I ALMOST DIED LAUGHING, YES. Tickle Me Emo, LOL.
