I was at the Union, waiting for the night bus, when out of the blue a guy (holding an almost empty bottle of wine) just came up to me and started making random conversation. He kept asking 'hey, where do you live' and I was like, 'uuuuh, over there?' and he was like 'oh, you don't have to worry, I won't be following you home'. And then he started talking about how absolutely hammered he was.
Oh, England. So random. So awesome. XD
There was barn dancing at the International Club, which was, well. Pretty crappy, to be honest, but I didn't want to say so in front of everyone else (who all seemed to enjoy it a great deal). Mostly it was because I got to dance with the weird-looking, bad-smelling guys in the room, instead of the hot guys across the room. SIGH. (I wouldn't mind the non-attractiveness, but I do set a line at poor hygiene. A shower, people, it isn't that hard.) Anyway then we went to a pub and I had a great time and met some lovely new people. There were a bazillion people dressed up for some bizarre reason (no one actually knew why there were pirates and fairies and mummies and the like, but it was sure fun to look at, lol).
