I went downtown today, to get a new pair of flamenco shoes, since mine have been with me for, like, almost five years, and they're falling to pieces. It was nice, I hadn't gone there since the beggining of november, and even when it's crowded as hell right now, it looks pretty and cute. Fun thing is, the oldest buildings (the one almost 400 years old) are all made of cantera, and this vacation in San Antonio we had been to a mexican-imitation mall called 'La Cantera'. They apparently didn't exactly know what it was, since it was all made in real fake looking clear stone, while the original one is brown-gray-ish (although, there's also pink cantera, of which half Morelia is made of. Can you imagine? Pink buildings everywhere. If someday I had to leave Guadalajara for good, I'd totally go and live in Morelia.).

I found a stand that sells brocoli (or however it's spelled in English) and couliflower with sour cream, mozarella and lots of chile; which striked me as odd but it was tasty nonetheless, although corn still tastes better with that kind of toppings.

*shifty eyes* Um, yesterday I posted this dark fic. Go read it? /shameless plug. (thing is, I think it's the best thing I've written in a month or so, so I'm just damn proud of it.)
