Ugh, why is it that people at writing class almost never comment after I read one of my stories? Granted, it was already nine o'clock and they all were looking as if they were ready to just jump off their chairs as soon as the teacher said so, but, still. Catalina, my teacher, really did seem to like it, even if it was odd sci-fi and stuff, and she almost didn't point anything negative on it (which is like, strange XD). Oh well, I got to hear this awesome story by a middle-aged lady, about life for an atheist family in London in 1710 -- which was wonderfully descripted and just really well handled.

Couldn't go to flamenco class since that cow, my Mexican Art History teacher got to the classroom at THREE. The class starts at 2, dammit. (we were actually just on our way out since we really didn't think she'd get there) Anyway, she left us go out way too late. Grrr.

Managed to write about 400 words for my Ten/Rose fic, and it only has a scene more. Yay! I wanted to finish it tonight, but I'm quite tired, so probably not. *is sleepy* Why, oh why do I always start writing the raciest parts of fics whenever I'm around people?? There's only so much inconspicuous I can be. And I bet people would be more interested if they saw me writing in English. *sigh*

I have homework for tomorrow. Which I haven't done. Which I don't think I'll do. I really need to stop procrastinating. Oh! And I finally got The Five Doctors. :) I can't wait to see it!!

Ohhh I hated when it took people forever to say something about my stories in workshop! It's like, "HELLO. I'm not that good, or that bad. THINK OF SOMETHING."

Aw man :( Sorry about your flamenco class! I would have been ready to cut a bitch if that had been me because I stick to my schedule, dammit. You should have told your late teacher that she missed her chance to teach you, and then left, anyway :-P

Oh Ale. Hee. You procrastinator, you ;)

Yeaaaah, especially when one's given insight (however simple it may be). *pouts* And I even had to spend 30 pesos in the damn copies for everyone...

Ugh, I should have, but me and a classmate (Dante who has a friend named Fausto. OMG I LAUGHED AND LAUGHED AND HE JUST STARED XD) have to make a presentation of a church, and we don't even know where it is. So we had to stay after class and ask for help ;-; God, I'm so glad I only have one class left.

Haha, that's me! (bah, I did some homework. The, uh, short ones, but oh well.)

I know!! He was just like 'wtf?' and I was like 'bwahahah, the names?' and he still wouldn't get it. *sigh* let's just hope he does know where his name comes from...

Haha, I did, I swear! I painted this odd prism for geometry class XD

In my screenwriting class, no one said anything about anyone's plays, and specially mine, it was actually excruciating because we spend the whole 2 1/2 hours on two people's, and the rest was silence. I felt bad for our professor since she tried everything to start discussiong. The one day we had a substitute and we were doing my scene and she started a discussion soon after we were done with my scene and everybody started to join in, so I don't know if it was the way the professor handled the class or just a good day for the substitute.

i can't believe your teacher stood you all up only to arrive an hour later! you're all amazing, I would have just left. normally i give my professors 20 minutes, they're not there by then i leave, heh.

Yeah, I hate that. But, have you noticed that people usually jump into discussion of something they don't like or understand? Hopefully that was our case XD (and ooooh, you have a screenwriting class? That's wicked!!)

Thing is, the school gives us a tolerance of 20 minutes for every hour... and this one lasts three. ;-; So she was technically on time. It's still awfully wrong of her, especially since she was all like 'and you haven't done anything at all!'

you know what I hate? is when people say, "you know this story remind me of [insert movie/book/whatever heree]. I hate that because sometimes it seems like they're accusing the author of copying, or something. that happened to me twice, I wrote this play and this guy kept saying that it remind him of the movie 'The Chill' and I've never seen that movie, so I was like, great I'm glad it reminds you of that, not!

Actually it was a playwriting class, oops, typo. But it was still lots of fun.

Oh, she expected you to start class without her? then what exactly are you paying her for, haha.

Yeah, that's happened to me a few times (just on Monday, actually, my odd mermaid was accused to be inspired from HP. And I was like, uh, no? I hadn't even though of that...) Still, playwriting sounds really cool! I'd really love to write a movie script someday, so that's something related.

Well, she was mostly bitching about us not doing any homework. And the thing is... we don't pay. It's a gobernment university, so there's only a volunaty fee, and everyone gives like, a dollar, or something like that. (I think I'm one of the few that payed most, and I only gave about 90 dlls...)

By the way the movie was "The Big Chill" sorry I just reread my comment and noticed that, heh.

Oh, playwriting was fun! I mean the only difference between the two is that playwriting is harder to write because in films you can change locations quicker etc.

OH ok. Well that's nice then, you don't have to pay that much. But still she should have been there on time, heh.

I sympathize immensely with the lack of critique on your writing, as I have always received far fewer remarks than I would have liked, but what made me snicker about this post was your title. That's EXACTLY how I've felt about my recent fandom acquisitions. I'm glad someone else feels similarly. XD

yeaaaaah, I feel like I'm cheating on my fandom XD and haha, love your icon, it makes me remember the shiny that are the sins (especially Lust :))

The slightly dirty feeling goes away, when you just lay back and accept how good new fandom feels. X3

And omgyes. I have so much Homunculi-love, it's insane. :D Envy, Greed, and Wrath hold special places in my heart, but they are all... yes. Very, very shiny. XD

Ugh, that's the worst. Every writing class I've ever taken has had issues with commenting on the work after reading through it. People should be required to take a class 'Story Critiquing 101' before any writing class.

Hehe, I always end up writing the racier parts of stories in public places (ie class) and then I have to like huddle over my notebook because the last thing I want is for someone to look over and see 'cock' in the middle of my 'lecture notes'. ;D

I somehow get it, 'cause sometimes stories are too bad, although even with that I try to say the good and bad points of it...

I almost never write naughty stuff in Spanish because I'm afraid someone will find it, and while I know most of my classmates don't speak English, I'm still all nervous about it, and I keep on putting my hands over the notebook, and stuff XD (and of course, by now, everyone's realized that the notebook I'm always writing in isn't exactly for class notes...)
