Title: The one about the recruits that didn’t make the cut
Word Count: 1800
Summary: In which Charles keeps on finding Arthur and Eames making out under the bushes near the mansion.
Author's Notes: Written for [personal profile] ignipes, who gave me the awesome prompt of 'that time Charles and Erik try to recruit Eames and Arthur'. You know that fantastic XMFC/Inception crossover on the kink meme? Yeah, this isn’t that. This is pure fluffy CRACK. It was really fun to write, though.

They find Eames in Vegas, turning into beautiful, dangerous women and egging on high rollers into betting more before taking their money, leaving them panting and hard and tied to their plush hotel chairs. )

This fandom is so addictive. I'm loving it! And of course, the X-men universe always feels like a well-worn jumper that just fits right, for all that it's not like I've written lots for it. But I've loved it since I was a wee girl in love with the cartoon, so there's that. :D

Title: Inertia
Word Count: 7000
Summary They call to each other, partly because they're both attracted to power, and partly in a way that becomes obvious in those soft brushes against each other, all those touches and glances and the way they keep on surprising each other. How they could never be bored by one another.
Author's Notes: Betaed by the fantastic [personal profile] sablier_bloque! I’m running with the idea (based in trufax, even!) that the US placed those missiles in Turkey in April, and the culmination of the Cuban Missile Crisis was in October, so we have months instead of the weeks they made it look like in the movie.

They talk about books and philosophy and Charles gets to practice his rusty German as they drive across the country, sweating a bit against the vinyl under the sun he’d forgotten about in Oxford. The air is warm and dusty through the open windows as Erik corrects him on his pronunciation, turning to look at him far too much instead of at the road. Erik always stares at him like he’s the only person in the room, in the miles around them, in the entire earth. It should be overwhelming, but it strangely isn’t. )

Guys!! Awesome thing! The lovely [livejournal.com profile] reena_jenkins has made a podcast of one of my fics, Migratory Birds! You can get it here. That's so very cool. It's a bit of an old fic, SPN/X-Men movieverse, which is lonnng and very dear to my heart, and now I can listen to it! Yayz. I'm still getting it at the minute, I'm excited about it. :D

It's finally apocalypse day! And with it comes the large fic of doom! :D Okay, now we're playing a game. It's called 'guess which XMM mutants are Ale's favorite!' You only get one chance. Aaaand, go. It's weird, though - I've only seen X-3 once, and have been trying to forget it ever happened since, and with all the comics I've been reading all summer long, I spent a long time trying to remember canon, lol. At one point I included Genosha and then had to cut it out, and the same with Pietro and Wanda, haha.

Seriously, I had a great time writing this, and this is truly one of the most entertaining ficathons ever. :DDD

Title: Migratory Birds
Word Count: 11,426
Fandom: Supernatural/X-Men Movieverse crossover
Summary: When the end comes, one brother is on one side, and the other on the opposite.
Author Notes: Betaed by the awesome [livejournal.com profile] mellafe and [livejournal.com profile] amchara, written for [livejournal.com profile] kellifer_fic in the occasion of [livejournal.com profile] apocalyptothon. Sort of AU-ish for SPN, post X-3 for X-Men.

I was going to do upload some end-of-days themed songs, but Muxtape decided to get in trouble with the RIAA right this day, lol.

Guh, lots of homework this weekend. I shall be high with the solvent for my markers, and die a slow death sticking circles and making patterns with them for Design Fundaments class. *headdesk* But if I'm lucky, I'll go and watch The Devil Wears Prada today. I'm in the mood for something light, so meh.

Good thing about the X-Men Movieverse fandom? The fic is downright awesome. So I'm guessing I'll have a good time reading every single entry of this year's ficathon *g*

Title: Act Two, Scene Nineteen
Rating: PG
Word Count: 2725
Summary: John shows up at Bobby’s door in a cold October night, hair unwashed and bags underneath his eyes.
Written for: [livejournal.com profile] billystarpip
Pairing/scenario requested: Bobby/St. John, minimal angst - reunion after X3
Author's Note: Weeeell. It's not angsty to me, but then again, I'm weird. Written for this year's [livejournal.com profile] xmmficathon. Much, much thanks to the lovely [livejournal.com profile] melandry, the greatest beta ever. :)

When he wakes up the next morning, John is sitting by the only window of the room, wearing Bobby’s clothes, drinking Bobby’s bottled water, and reading Bobby’s textbook, occasionally muttering about how fucking boring it all is...
Music:: Metric - On The Sly

I really don't know why it took me that much to finish this thing. But ugh, I'm so glad it's done with, even if I rather like it.

Title:Put That Out And Look At Me
Pairing: Bobby/John
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Bobby has never liked to be touched, but he doesn’t mind it as much with John.
Word Count: 1540
Author Notes: Set pre X-2, mild spoilers for X-3. Written for the Fight challenge at [livejournal.com profile] xmenflashfic.

He thinks it must be normal to scold John from smoking in the garden and for John to blow the smoke on his face, thinks it normal to lay on their room’s floor and kick each other’s feet away on lazy Sundays... )
