I baked more cupcakes today! Chocolate-flavored this time, with mocha-flavored icing. They look so cute! I didn't fuck anything up this time, so they look oh so tasty and I just tried one and they are delicious! I'm so proud of myself. *sniffle* I bought chocolate chips today, so cookies are probably next in line, and then brownies. REALLY THOUGH, WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME? I'm no stranger to PMS, but it'd never made me want to go into a baking frenzy before. o_O

Was tempted to bash my head against a wall today when I saw vanilla extract at 15 pesos (1.5 dlls) when I bought fancy imported shit yesterday at 60 because I thought I wouldn't find it that easily in other places. *HEADDESK*

Other than that... I pretty much didn't do anything at all today. Not surprising, considering that I woke up at noon and didn't got out of bed until 1:30. *shifty eyes*

I can't stop listening to Remote Control by Sussie 4 and León Larregui - it's the next best thing to a new Zoé song, 'cause I'd bet anything that León wrote it, and I'm honestly in love with the lyrics and melody. *happy sigh* *listens to it in repeat*

Oh man, those cupcakes sound delicious. *drools a little* Mocha frosting! Yay baking! \o/ I made a pie yesterday (mud pie! Gummy worms! Oreos! Chocolate pudding!). :D

I feel your pain with the vanilla extract. I fear this whole baking habit could get very expensive.

They were! A bit on the dough-y side (if... that's even a word...), but still so yummy. OMG I WANT YOUR PIE. Isn't it a bit too much, though? That must be a free ticket for cavities. o_O

God, I know. So far I haven't needed all that much, because my dad's a baking freak too and we usually have a pretty large selection of all things needed to cook, but I've almost decimated our pantry by now...

Hee, I've never thought about it that way before, but, yeah, pretty much. :D It's not too rich though, you just have to be in the mood for chocolate. ;) I think the gummy worms balance the chocolate a bit.

This is so awesome: I'm going through the SAME EXACT BAKING CRAZE. I can't think of anything else. I look up receipes all day during work!! I've made two batches of vanilla cupcakes and three variations on vanilla buttercream. AND. I've already decided I'm buying one of those standing mixers. I'm going HARDCORE. WOO!

And, yeah, it's going to get expensive, I think. I'm heading to Costco pretty soon and I'm just gonna buy all their butter. Fill my freezer with butter. Because that's pretty much all you need. Butter and sugar. For anything. For EVERYTHING.

Baking craze, yay! OMG STANDING MIXERS I SALIVATE FOR THOSE. I fear for my life, though, I'm gonna go with my grandma today, and there's a huge cooking store beneath her apartment. I'm going to have to, like, hide my money from myself, or something. o_O

Haha, I had a fight with my brother yesterday because he wanted to take a bit of my butter to make chicken wings or something. I was pretty much all TOUCH MY BUTTER AND DIE, and I think I scared him off *g*

¡Qé rico! aparte me antojaste un frapucino de moca, eso y chocolate =D. Al fnal s sale carito eso de la cocina pero el producto terminado vale la pena.

'cause I'd bet anything that León wrote it, xDD "Montar el sol, rodar el tiempo
siempre en el amanecer" Eso podría estar en cualqier cancíon de zoé. Por cierto qe según los rumores, qe vienen en agosto, ojala y sí aunqe luego se qeden sin baterista ;)
