My internet SUCKS and it is preventing me from getting my SPN fix. Two tries already, argh. SO, meanwhile:

I've mainly been drawing for school as of lately, but yesterday I realized just how many little (and not so little) sketches I'd accumulated. So, here they are!

Argh, my brother discovered you can order pizza through the internet and since we're both somewhat phonephobics we decided to try it out. It's been about 50 minutes and it's not here yet. ARGH, I'M HUNGRY DAMNIT.

( Anyway. Today was made of lulz because my brother suddenly called from school to say classes were over because the entire school (about 1400 people) WENT ON STRIKE. AND ALMOST ATTACKED THE DEPUTY HEADMASTER. OMG LOL. )

LOL LOL WHY DID THAT NEVER HAPPEN WHEN I WENT THERE, DAMNIT?

Also, joy, but I learned to color in photoshop today using a scanned lineart! Not very well, mind you, and using only flat colors, but it's a start! I'm seriously retarded in all things photoshop-related, honest, which is downright embarassing for a Graphic Design major. *shifty eyes* My pitiful first attempt can be found here, being the colored version of the doodle on the right. Lol, have I ever mentioned I like bright colors? Yeah, thought so.

While at my granda's today, I tried to start sketching a gift for someone in my flist, but I just can't seem to get it right. Gah, so frustrating. Hopefully It'll go better tomorrow. And of course, the minute I start sketching illustrations for my own stories in Spanish, things go better. Go figure. *sigh* Expect drawings soon. (and spooy, this would be one hell of a time to realease that tutorial of yours, 'cause I'm planing to use lights on dark background with watercolors ;-;)

It's been raining daily for almost two weeks already - I've worn a jacket more times in these last few days than in the last six months. Needless to say, I'm in rain-heaven. I'm fucking ecstatic, yo.

I downloaded the 'The Organ' CD, and it's oh so wonderful so far. I love getting new music, it puts me in a great mood. :)

Quite small, each of the squares is 12x12 cmts (uh, close to 4 inches, if I'm correct), but it was fun to do. I had to get a crappy little jar of white paint, so the watermarks and the original grey-ish color of the background aren't all that faded (it was the back of a project, I must confess...), but I still like it.

Simple and pointless and a pretty thing to hand on my door.

I wonder if I should put it in my devArt account - just so it'll stop looking empty. *shrug* It's not like I go over there that much these days, anyway.

Against my better judgement, I went and tried to use acrylics for cartoons. *dies* It doesn't help that my thinnest (is that really a word?) brush is all over the place, or the fact that my entire white paint turned pink for some stupidity I made during classes (i.e. when I was too busy to care). Still, it was quite entertaining, and the most productive thing I've done this week. Now I have to find a way to get white. I could use watercolor for that, but I'm using the back of illustration paper, and it's got watermarks all over the place that the watercolor wouldn't cover. *sigh*

ANYWAY. Y Tu Mamá También is on tonight on TV, YAYZ! I'll finally stop being the only person in this planet that hasn't seen it. Bad thing is, I get all ADD-like while watching things on TV, but the hotness of Diego Luna should make me keep focus *g*

I really should get off my ass and post all those pictures I owe you guys. *hides*

Forgot to add! I finally watched Love and Monsters yesterday, and I liked it very much. Granted, it was silly as hell, but I had so much fun and Musical!LINDA was just the awesome XD But yeah, so much time without the Doctor on screen is painful. But the music, and Jackie lusting after Elton more than made up for it XDD

Also, you know what I learned yesterday while going through wikipedia? James Mardsen had so little time on screen on X-3 because he was filiming the fricking Superman Movie. DAMN YOU CLARK KENT FOR NOT ONLY TAKING BRYAN SINGER'S HUMANE OUTLOOK, BUT FOR MY DEAR CYCLOPS AS WELL. DAMN YOU.

I started working on my illustration at 11, finished at 1 and went to buy materials for the presentation(which were suprisingly easy to find, considering how odd is to find bateria paper in regular places) and started working at 2. So, with only short breaks to eat and talk to teh best friend, I've been working on it for fucking 8 hours. *is dead*

The colors are way off, but bah, I don't care anymore. I tried to take pictures of the uh, pseudo-folder I have to show all my work of the semester, but my camera's battery had run off :P I'll try and take them tomorrow.

I feel like doodling. Tell me something funny, any fandom related to draw in messy MSPaint. And let's do another meme, Ask me to photograph something related to my life. It'll have to wait until I re-charge my battery, but it should be fun, anyway. :))
